Business & Civil Mediation

HM Group Consulting will guide and facilitate each party to come to an agreement by providing an intervention in a dispute; rather its business related or personal.

We offer methods to resolve conflict without having to disrupt business affairs, family bonds, company morals or go to court.

Services include; but not limited to office related conflict resolution, family resolution and Civil lawsuit or contract compromise cases.

Family Support (GA)

HM Group Consulting will provide a supervised visitation monitor, monitoring visits between a non-custodial parent and child or children as requested by DFCS, Court Order, or private custody matters.

We would go to such meetings when a court order requires that a third party supervise the interaction. Duties focus on ensuring that the child/children remains safe during the interaction. Visits are provided, in the parents home, or within the community.

Our visitation monitors are state certified to work with families and children. Most of our visitation monitors work in a specialized visitation center, through pre-planned locations for visitations suggested by parents and our court ordered.

Our visitation monitor will be present at all times during the visit, listen to what is being said, and pay close attention to the children's behavior. All monitors are required to report suspected child abuse.

The role of our visitation monitor is responsible for supervising court ordered parenting time. The visitation monitor will protect the integrity of the parenting time by providing a positive atmosphere where parents and children may connect and interact in a safe, structured environment.

Currently, English is the only language spoken by our staff.

HM Group Consulting pride ourselves in the safety of our future, our children. We provide detailed reports for Children's Court or other facilities needing the reports, within 5 days. We do offer expedited report services as well.
