HM Group Consulting offers supervised visitation services, ensuring safe and structured visits between a non-custodial parent and their child(ren) as mandated by DFCS, court orders, or private custody arrangements.

Our role is to monitor these interactions when a court order requires a third party to be present, focusing on ensuring the child’s safety and well-being during the visit. These visits can take place in the parent’s home or in the community, depending on the specific arrangement.

Our visitation monitors are state-certified professionals trained to work with families and children. Many of our monitors operate in specialized visitation centers or pre-approved locations, as suggested by parents or ordered by the court.

During each visit, the monitor remains present at all times, observing and listening closely to the interactions, as well as noting any changes in the child’s behavior. All monitors are required to report any suspected child abuse.

The primary responsibility of our visitation monitors is to ensure the integrity of the court-ordered parenting time. They create a positive, structured environment where parents and children can connect safely.

Currently, all of our staff are English-speaking.

At HM Group Consulting, we take pride in safeguarding the future of our children. We provide detailed reports for Children's Court or other relevant facilities within 5 days of the visit, with expedited reporting available upon request.
