A company is only as strong as it‘s executive leadership. Our CEO, Nichelle Wilson is a New Orleans, LA native currently residing in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area. Nichelle received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University. It was through her exposure, involvement and experiences at Clark Atlanta that her love for community service and reaching back was enhanced. Nichelle is a proud mother, member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., 2nd Vice President of the Women of Clark Atlanta University Alumnae Affiliate and 2021 L'Oreal Paris Women of Worth Nominee.
Nichelle is the Founder and CEO, serving as Executive Director of Happy Mama Happy Mini, Inc. a 501c3 non-profit, mental health awareness organization that focus on giving back through life-changing experiences within the community and schools. www.happymamahappymini.org She is also hosting a STEAM FORE Mental Health Golf Tournament, June 6, 2020 which will include Junior Golfers! www.hmyesgolf.com
Nichelle's professional background includes: Target Corporation: An Executive Team Leader in various roles; Operations, Asset Protection, Human Resources and Guest Services. Nichelle also worked as a Regional Community Development Chair, District LP Manager and Store Leader for TJX Companies. In recent years, Nichelle consulted for the current Mayor of Atlanta, GA - Keisha Lance Bottoms, as fundraising and financial team coordinator, during her 2018 Run-off Campaign. She also have professional experience in consulting with Mack II, Inc., The Georgia Center for Child Advocacy, The Rolling Peach ATL, Inkwell Vacation Properties, City Springs Theatre Company, Southern Culture Foods, Election Campaigns, and The Collaborative Firm, LLC as the Strategic Manager of New Initiatives working on various planning, economic development and transit projects throughout metro Atlanta, supporting businesses and families. In addition to corporate leadership and community partnerships, Nichelle is also a Certified Civil Mediator for the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution helping families and businesses resolve important matters.
