A company’s strength is rooted in its executive leadership. Nichelle Wilson, our CEO, is a New Orleans native now based in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University, where her passion for community service and giving back was cultivated. Nichelle is a proud mother, member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and a Youth Mental Health First Aid Responder. She also serves as HOA President and a nonprofit community leader focused on connecting resources.

Nichelle is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Happy Mama Happy Mini, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to mental health awareness and providing life-changing experiences within schools and communities. Through this organization, she also hosts the 3rd Annual Hannah Marie Golf Classic Fundraiser, featuring junior golfers and raising funds for college scholarships and essential resources for mothers and children.

Nichelle’s professional background includes executive roles at Target Corporation, where she led operations, asset protection, human resources, and guest services. She also held leadership positions at TJX Companies in regional, district, and store management. After transitioning from the corporate sector, Nichelle launched her consulting business, supporting political campaigns and organizations such as Mack II, Inc., The Georgia Center for Child Advocacy, and The Collaborative Firm, LLC, where she served as Strategic Manager of New Initiatives, focusing on planning, economic development, and transit projects across metro Atlanta. Additionally, Nichelle is a Certified Civil Mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, helping resolve conflicts for families and businesses.
